These terms and conditions apply between you as the customer and Bergs Mekaniska when ordering goods on bergsmekaniska.se. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right, in certain circumstances, to change or refuse an order. We reserve the right for items being out of stock and for any typographical errors.
Prices
When ordering from bergsmekaniska.se, the price applicable is the one stated at the time your order is placed. All prices are stated in SEK and are exclusive of VAT. Prices do not include shipping, packaging or any payment fees; these are stated separately in a clear way before the order is completed.
Payment
In cooperation with Klarna Checkout we offer direct payment, invoice, instalment and card payment. Read Klarna’s terms here.
Collection / delivery
All deliveries are made with Schenker.
Right of withdrawal

Returns
Returns are made at your own expense, unless the item is defective.
Claims / complaints
You are entitled to make a complaint about your order within a reasonable time in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. The right to complain applies regardless of whether the defect is visible or hidden, provided that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product.
