Cutting methods
We use all major cutting methods, and each method has its specific advantages. The choice of method is determined by the material, quality, thickness and required tolerances.
Together, we choose the method that is best suited for your part.
Is suitable for most materials. A good method when the material to be processed is sensitive to high temperatures. We cut, among other things, wear-resistant steel and plastic parts.
We have one of Europe’s largest waterjet cutting machines, 21.6 × 3.4 meters.
A cost-effective way to cut both thin and thick metals. Particularly useful for cutting curved or angled shapes.
When extra fine, high-quality cuts are needed, we use our fine plasma. With plasma we cut, among other things, base plates, beam sections, cover plates and wear plates.
A very flexible method. For cutting very thick plate dimensions with precision and speed, this is a good option. With gas cutting we cut, among other things, thick blanks for machining.
Cost-effective cutting with high flexibility and speed for parts with tight tolerance requirements and good precision. The material retains its original shape because laser cutting does not apply pressure during processing. With laser we cut, among other things, structural components and shims. The laser table is 6,190 × 2,000 mm.
